PDQ, which stands for People Dedicated to Quality, is a fast casual restaurant specializing in fresh hand-battered chicken tenders, made-to-order sandwiches, daily cut fries, hand-spun milkshakes and fresh salads.

Randy has spent the past forty + years running strategic business units (i.e., EAR Specialty Composites, Kardon Industries) from a family owned business to major fortune fifty companies. Randy has a strong investing/venture capital experience, from 1996 – 2008, sold the same business three times in four years while working for three different venture capital firms from Europe and the US. Multiples ranged from 6.4x-11.2x with the final sale to 3M in March 2008. He has extensive experience in the management of companies up to six-hundred million in both consumer and manufacturing. That experience required developing the exit strategy to creating the vision, key initiatives, objectives as well as selecting the management team to implement the program.
